15min · 4 servings Ingredients • 1/2 cup cooked organic quinoa ( I used rainbow heirloom quinoa) • 1 can (15 oz) Organic Black Beans • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs • 1/4 cup water • 3 tablespoons tomato paste • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil • 1/4 cup grated yellow onion • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley Spices • 1 tsp ground paprika • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (optional) • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional) • salt to taste • black pepper to taste Instructions 1. Visit Site for Full Recipe Christmas Recipe Ingredients: 12 oz extra-firm tofu 1 nori sheet 1 cup arrowroot powder 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp coconut amino 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup water High smoke point cooking oil Instructions: Prepare tofu: Cut tofu into thin strips. Make nori sheets: Cut nori sheets into squares. Bread tofu: Coat tofu strips in arrowroot powder, then dip in water. Wrap each strip in a nori square. Fry: Heat oil in a pan. In Korean, “yachae” means vegetable and “jeon” means pancake and it’s exactly that, a thin savoury vegetable pancake that is served with a lip-smacking dipping sauce.
