Negative Space Design Theory
Negative Space, also known as White Space refers to Space around and between the assets or shapes in your artwork. Yep, it's the bits you leave blank and a lot of the time what you decide to leave blank is as important as what you fill with details. What I like here is the table of content on the top right corner page with a short introduction on the page and pictures interconnected. I also liked the "story of my life page"idea to include text in white on top of a picture and the combination of "My trip, my adventure with a short story more centrally in stead of two columns. "The bottom two pages might be cool ideas for the testimonials.
A modern, minimal, magazine, folio or brochure InDesign template. This layout has been designed as a Surfing magazine, but could easily be turned into any sort of sport or adventure theme.
