6.8M views · 102K reactions | I kept seeing onion boils and I had to try making it stuffed with Langostinos! I love making baby onion poppers so I figured this would be the perfect bite! The juicy buttery onions stuffed with the succulent Langostinos was absolutely incredible! These were a bit time consuming to make but worth every minute! I started by melting butter at the bottom of a stainless steel pan then I added on the pearl onion. I cut off the tops and bottoms of the onions so they would lay flat. I then covered those onions with a ton of seafood boil seasoned salted butter! I roasted the onions at 450 on convection for 20 minutes.Once the baby onions are slightly cooked the centers pop right out. I added in cold Langostinos then I covered the stuffed onions in more Cajun butter and seasoning! Those roasted for another ten minutes. The final result was absolutely magical especially on some toasted sourdough 😍 #reels | Soozie the Foodie | Facebook
