Try this quick and delicious meal next time you’re overthinking a healthy dinner 💜 I roasted some brussels sprouts, carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, sweet potato, onion and chickpeas on 400 degrees F (next time I’ll roast them on 425 because I prefer a good crisp on mine 😋) I ate my vegetables with arugula, quinoa, avocado, pumpkin seeds and topped it off with with a honey balsamic vinaigrette. This was the star of the show, so join my broadcast channel for the recipe! TIP: when cutting your vegetables, you want to cut the longer-to-cook vegetables at a smaller size, than the others so that everything gets done evenly… Enjoy family! Would y’all

Used the recipe from princesspinkygirl! Ingredients: * ¾ cup orange juice * ⅓ cup pineapple juice * 2 tablespoons lime juice * ½ cup tequila blanco * Grenadine for garnishing * Lime slices for garnishing Directions: 1. In a pitcher, add orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and tequila together. Stir to combine. 2. Pour into Dixie cups, leaving about a half inch empty. 3. Pour a small splash of grenadine into each cup, slowly, in the middle. It will sink to the bottom to create the ombré effect. 4. Freeze cups for 1 hours. 5. Slice limes to fit into the cups. You want them about the same
