I'd really like a garage like this around 7,500 sq.ft.floor. The wrap around Second floor surrounding the open center where a recessed 25,000# car lift lowers to rest flush with the concrete floor. The Second floor a game & entertainment area with a single bed & bath. Yep, a big, big dream.
