My daughter who is now 23, says the best thing I ever did for her was to teach her about how the media perceives women and that if she opened her eyes and looked at the women around her that many many many of them were far more beautiful that they even knew. Don't listen to the hype ladies you are unique, there is after all only one of you...(even if you are a twin lol)
