Gøy å lage noe som er litt annerledes. De var veldig enkle å lage også.😊

Fine å servere som tilbehør til for eksempel pasta, suppe, salater og lignende.

Slik gjør du:

Hvitløkstoast 8 stk
8 skiver toastbrød
1,5 dl olivenolje eller lignende
3 teskjeer oregano eller provencekrydder
2 fedd knust hvitløk
Litt flaksalt. Gjerne Maldonsalt

Bland sammen olje, oregano og hvitløk i en skål, la det stå og trekke litt.

Klipp et hakk i hver side av toastskivene. Brett som vist på videoen.

Pensle toastskivene med oljeblandingen og dryss med flaksalt.

Legg toastskivene på en bakeplate med bakepapir.

Stekes midt i ovnen ved 200 grader varmluft i ca 10 minutter til de er gylne og sprøe.

Serveres varme.

One sweet potato
About 2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt (amount to taste)
One avocado
Half a squeezed lemon
A little purple onion
3 cherry tomatoes
A handful of coriander
Bulgarian - amount according to taste (optional)

Method of preparation 👩🏻‍🍳
Cut slices from the sweet potato (not too thin),
arrange on the baking surface,
Spread with olive oil, and sprinkle some salt.
Put in a preheated oven at 180° Turbo for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl add:

5 eggs
1 cup milk
3 TBSPS sugar mixed with 2 tsp of cinnamon 
1 tsp vanilla 
Mix well

Cut 12 slices of bread into cubes and add to your egg mixture 

Spoon into a well greased muffin pan top with more cinnamon and sugar 

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

What you need:
1/2 small Roma tomato diced
Handful spinach
2 whisked eggs
2 tbsp crumbled feta
1/4 cup mozzarella
1 tortilla
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp pesto

*make sure the pan you are using is close to the same size as the tortilla*

Set pan to medium heat. Add butter. Sauté spinach and tomato until spinach is wilted. Add two eggs and turn heat to low so the eggs cook low and slow. Add feta, mozzarella, salt and pepper. While egg is cooking, spread spoonful of pesto on tortilla. When the egg is about 90% cooked, add the tortilla and gently press it down. If you can spin the egg on the pan that means it has released from the bottom and it is ready to flip.
