They’re amazing, delicious and have a place in our lives. BUT. I have a major sweet tooth, food sensitivities, as well as personal health & fitness goals that the typical ingredients in traditional cookies just don’t jive with.

So, I make decadent protein cookies, like these Double Chocolate ones, that are made with more wholesome ingredients so I can enjoy a dessert that loves me back.

 Here’s how you make them 👇🏼

½ cup @bewellbykelly chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chocolate milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Make them for your kids and they will never guess what’s in them 🤯 *Makes about 12 cookies Each cookie has: 140 cals | 6g protein | 8 carb | 9 fat Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup protein powder (make sure it’s good for baking) 2 tbs melted coconut oil Handful of m&ms (or any topping you desire) ✨Directions: Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup & vanilla.
