Here when I cracked open this dip, it reminded me of pub cheese. And yet, it was very different. So at its base, it is still like a pub cheese, but chunkier and more spreadable. There are nice crumbles of extra sharp cheddar cheese amping up the cheese flavor. Plus, this seems saltier than regular pub cheese. When I had my husband try this, his commentary made me giggle.
