No Sew tutu bed skirt for little girls. Did this one, too. It only took about an hour. I used pre-cut strips and cut them into lengths of 24" and put it on a ribbon instead of a sheet, bc I was doing it for a day bed and only needed one side. I used jewels I had on hand and a ribbon I had on hand. I spent like $7.00 for the whole project.
