Add in 2 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1/2 of a small banana, sliced or mashed. In the morning, top with 1/4 cup Fiber One Original cereal. Recipe: in a blender, 1/4c cottage cheese, 1/2c rolled oats, 1 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1 scoop birthday cake whey protein powder, 1t almond extract, 1t baking powder, 1t tahini, 1T almond milk. Blend - the batter will be THICK. Spoon onto a PREHEATED griddle no higher than medium heat. Add sprinkles. Cook slowly. Flip. The frosting is plain Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla creme casein & almond milk to texture. Top with sprinkles

Protein powder peanut butter cookies - All you need is: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder and 1 egg.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of batter on cookie sheet. Press down in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until done. Eat.

Mix in blender and fry w/coconut oil. Filling: 2t almond butter,1t sweetener, 1-2T almond milk. Mix w/a spoon and spread over the pancake. Roll it up and cut in spaller pieces. Drizzle with a vanilla protein glaze made with: 1T vanilla whey + 1-2T almond milk.
