Panko o pan machacado. 2 cebollas pequeñas, finamente picadas (podéis usar la picadora). 6 huevos batidos. 1/2 taza de mantequilla derretida. 1/2 taza de queso parmesano. 2 cdta. sal de ajo. Mojaros las manos y formar bolas. Hornear a 180ºC durante 20 minutos. Se pueden congelar bien antes de hornearlas o una vez horneadas.
