Ingredients: • 1 lbs + 1/4 cup raw buckwheat (500 g) • 1/2 lemon juiced or 1 lime • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tbsp baking powder • 3/4 cup chia seeds (100 g) Instructions: 1. Soak buckwheat overnight in a lot of water. In the morning drain and rinse. 2. Combine buckwheat, 1 1/4 cup water, lemon juice, salt, and baking powder in a blender and blend. 3.
