MERMELADA DE MANDARINA (SIN AZÚCAR)

Ingredientes: 350 g. de mandarinas. 70 g. de albaricoques desecados (orejones). 1 g. de agar agar hebras. 8 gotas de stevia líquida. 100 ml. de agua. 1 pizca de sal marina. Receta vegana, apta para diabéticos, para personas que padecen síndrome metabólico, celíacos, alérgicos al huevo y la lactosa. Elaboración: Pelaremos y trocearemos las mandarinas y las pondremos en un cazo (si los gajos tuviesen alguna pepita, hay que retirarlas). Luego trocearemos los orejones y los agregaremos al cazo…
