A new creation! Boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced portobello mushrooms covered with a mixture of Plain Kefir, Parmesan, garlic and onion powder- pour over chicken and mushrooms- sprinkle with Italian seasonings and bake at 350 for 45 mins. This is moist, tender and delicious!! I used to make it with mayo- but with The kefir it is healthier and still absolutely heavenly!! It just melted in my mouth!! ;)
