The title page of the famed First Folio (1623) bearing the engraving by Martin Droeshout. According to Wikipedia, extant copies of the First Folio are among the most valuable (and expensive) in the world - with several having been recently sold for over £3 million. Importantly, though, despite the impression that its title gives, the Folio does not contain ALL the plays that are now generally accepted to be by Shakespeare (and, on occasion, his co-writers).
