The Films of Doris Day - April in Paris. My mother was a travel agent, and EVERYBODY wanted to go to Paris in April after that movie came out. She tried in vain to explain to them that April there was cold and nothing was blooming yet. The songwriters admitted later that they had never been to Paris in April - it just SOUNDED lovely....
