Harris Hawk, her name is Gavi, she's 2.5 lbs and has a wingspan of 48", and she's 8 years old. Her friend said that she looks a little shaggy since she's getting ready to molt.
Elf Owl fledgling
Baby Elf Owl (now almost adult sized, except for a little tail growth) just after it bailed out of the nest and landed on the ground. I put it up into a shrub after the portrait.
