National Women's History Month

Collection by Bella Coeur Vibrations

Women's History Month commemorates the contributions of American women. March was first designated as Women's History Month on March 12, 1987, by P.L. 100-9. Since then, Presidents have issued annual proclamations promoting this observance. Women's month is an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on women's achievements, as well as the problems they have faced in the struggle to be free and the important role they continue to play in society. #nationalwomenshistorymonth2019 #IWD #IWD2019
